Janic has been working with short film, music videos and commercials since he graduated from the Norwegian Film School in 2004. His short film Roswell Enterprises, has become a festival runner and made the Berlinale Panorama programme in 2006. His music video Singer/Songwriter for the artist Egil Olsen won the award for Best Norwegian Music Video at Grimstad Int Short Film Festival 2007.
